SAFETY

We take pride in our efforts to promote safety on the job. We have two full time employees, a safety director and a safety trainer, dedicated to the task of keeping our employees informed and our job sites safe.
Biannual supervisor safety meetings help keep safety on the forefront of all personnel. Our Safety Director performs frequent job site inspections to ensure that policies and programs are being utilized in the field and to identify areas that need additional attention and training.

Safety is critical to our success. A.L. Helmcamp, Inc. leads the pack in safety. We have several full time employees, including a safety director and a safety trainer, dedicated to the task of keeping our employees informed and our jobsites safe. All employees must complete a New Employee Safety Orientation. Standard PPE is provided to the employees. Helmcamp superintendents are trained in first aid, CPR, and blood born pathogens.
